For PGVT products we always run special production as per order. As per season’s requirements we keep stock of outdoor tiles (2cm) and sometimes for subway tiles. As stocks keep changing in real time, ask our team for latest reports.

As per Incoterms®, if we agree to ship on FOB basis (which is mostly what we do), there is no marine insurance covered by us. If it is CIF term we will have marine insurance which covers cargo in transit.
In some markets we work with agents who take care of design exclusivity between different customers. For your specific segment, we can discuss about exclusivity and also can close an agreement.
